KLOW 80mg — Research Protocol Reference

SKU KLOW · Last reviewed 29 July 2026

Dosing Protocol

The KLOW Blend is administered once daily via subcutaneous injection, one draw delivers all four peptides simultaneously. Inject in the morning or early afternoon. No fasting is required. Avoid late evening dosing as some users report mild energising effects that can interfere with sleep. Cycle strictly, the GHK-Cu component contains copper, which accumulates with prolonged continuous use. The off period allows copper clearance and is not optional. ⚠️ Syringe note: The documented research dose of 300–500mcg equals just 1–2 units on a standard U-100 syringe, too small to measure accurately. A 3mL micro needle syringe is strongly recommended throughout this protocol. The minimum readable draw on a standard U-100 is 10 units (2,500mcg), which sits above the conservative research range. ⚠️

⚠️ Do not exceed 2,500mcg (10 units) daily. KLOW contains copper via its GHK-Cu component, which accumulates with use. Cap continuous dosing at 12 weeks and complete the full rest period before repeating. ⚠️

⚠️ A 3mL micro needle syringe is strongly recommended for the intro phase (Days 1–4) for more accurate low-volume measurement. ⚠️

Community protocols use 8–12 weeks on, 4–8 weeks off. The off period is driven by GHK-Cu's copper content, do not exceed 12 weeks continuous use.

Administration Timing

KLOW is injected subcutaneously once daily. A single morning or early afternoon injection delivers all four peptides in one draw.
  • Morning or early afternoon preferred: Inject at a consistent time each day. Morning injection aligns with the body's natural repair and recovery signalling rhythms.
  • 5 days on / 2 days off schedule (from week 2): The two rest days per week are part of the protocol, they help maintain sensitivity across an 8–12 week cycle. The intro phase (Days 1–5) is daily with no rest days.
  • No food restrictions: KLOW does not require fasted administration. Inject before or after meals without affecting activity.
  • Rotate injection sites: With daily injections across an 8–12 week cycle, rotate systematically across the abdomen and outer thighs.
  • Strict off period: Stop at week 8 or 12 and rest for at least 4 weeks before repeating. Mandatory for copper clearance from GHK-Cu.

Notes & Best Practices

  • One vial, one injection: All four peptides are in a single vial. One syringe per dose, no need to draw from multiple vials.
  • 3mL micro needle strongly recommended: The documented research dose of 300–500mcg/day equals just 1–2 units on a U-100 syringe, too small to read accurately. A 3mL micro needle syringe allows precise measurement across the full dose range. Standard U-100 users should note that 10 units (the minimum readable draw) delivers 2,500mcg, at the higher end of community dosing.
  • 3.2mL BAC requires multiple draws to reconstitute: Use three full 1mL pulls or a 3mL syringe for the reconstitution step only. Switch to your dosing syringe for all dose draws.
  • Copper accumulation, mandatory off period: GHK-Cu contains copper. The 4–8 week off period allows your body to clear this. Do not skip it.
  • Effects build across the cycle: Anti-inflammatory effects from KPV and BPC-157 are typically noticeable within the first 1–2 weeks. GHK-Cu's collagen remodelling effects compound over 4–8 weeks and continue after the cycle ends.
  • Discard at 28 days post-reconstitution: Do not use beyond 28 days regardless of remaining volume.

High Dosage Side Effects

Taking too much KLOW can increase the likelihood of unwanted side effects. Signs that your dose may be too high include:
  • Injection site redness or swelling: If redness does not resolve within 24 hours, reduce dose and rotate sites more systematically.
  • Fatigue or lethargy: Reduce dose and hold for one week before reassessing.
  • Nausea or digestive discomfort: KPV and BPC-157 both affect gut function. Reduce dose if discomfort persists beyond 3 days.
  • Headache: Reduce dose and allow 3–5 days to resolve before reassessing.
If these signs occur, step back to the previous intro dose and hold for 2–3 days before advancing again. If symptoms persist, pause and consult a healthcare professional.

Low Dosage Side Effects

A dose may be too low if expected effects are absent after several weeks of consistent use. Common indicators include:
  • No reduction in inflammation or pain after 2–3 weeks: If absent after 3 weeks at maintenance, confirm injection technique and placement before adjusting.
  • No improvement in recovery speed after 4–6 weeks: Confirm injection technique and placement before adjusting dose.
  • No skin or collagen improvement after 6–8 weeks: Give the full 8-week cycle before assessing, GHK-Cu's changes are most visible in weeks 6–10.
If these indicators persist after a full 8-week cycle, take the required rest and repeat. Assess response across at least two full cycles before considering any dose adjustment.
