Dosing Protocol

CJC-1295 DAC is administered subcutaneously once weekly. The DAC modification extends its half-life to 6–8 days. Daily dosing is not required and is not recommended. Inject into the abdomen or upper thigh. Evening injection is preferred to align the GH pulse with the body's natural overnight GH secretion window.

Contraindicated in active cancer or a history of hormone-sensitive cancers. Do not use alongside exogenous GH without medical supervision. Not for use during pregnancy.

⚠️ * Titrate up only if needed. Max dose: 2,000mcg (20 units). Begin at the intro dose and hold for the full intro phase. Advance to the maintenance dose only if the intro dose is well tolerated and additional effect is needed. Do not exceed 2,000mcg per weekly injection. ⚠️

12-week cycle based on clinical trial data showing sustained IGF-1 elevation with consistent weekly dosing. The DAC modification keeps CJC-1295 active for 6–8 days per injection. One vial covers a full 5-week intro phase at 1,000mcg weekly.
