Dosing Protocol

Glow Blend is administered once daily via subcutaneous injection.

Morning or early evening dosing are both appropriate, the priority is a consistent time held across the full active cycle. No fasting is required.

Administration Timing

Glow Blend is injected subcutaneously once daily. Consistency of timing across the full 8-week active cycle matters more than the specific time of day chosen.

  • Morning or early evening: Both are appropriate. Pick one and hold it for the entire cycle. Some users prefer morning to align with the body's natural collagen synthesis rhythms; others prefer evening to pair with overnight tissue repair activity. Either approach is documented.
  • No food restrictions: Glow Blend does not require fasted administration. Inject before or after meals without affecting activity.
  • Inject close to target tissue where possible: BPC-157 produces the strongest localised repair response when injected subcutaneously near the area of concern, skin, joint, or soft tissue. TB-500 is systemic from any injection point and does not require proximity to the target site.
  • Rotate injection sites every session: With daily injections across an 8-week cycle, rotate systematically across the abdomen and outer thighs. GHK-Cu is UV-sensitive, avoid prolonged sun exposure to active injection sites and keep the reconstituted vial stored in a dark location or wrapped in foil.
  • Complete the full 8-week rest: The rest period is driven primarily by GHK-Cu's copper content. Do not shorten it, the off period is what makes the repeat cycle as effective as the first and allows safe copper clearance.

Notes & Best Practices

  • One vial, one injection: All three peptides are in a single vial, one draw, one injection delivers the full blend. No need to manage multiple vials or syringes per session.
  • Copper accumulation, mandatory rest: GHK-Cu delivers a small copper load with each injection. The 8-week rest period allows your body to clear it through normal copper metabolism. Do not skip or shorten this.
  • Effects build on different timelines: BPC-157's anti-inflammatory and angiogenic effects are typically noticeable within 1–2 weeks. TB-500's systemic repair and flexibility improvements emerge across weeks 2–4. GHK-Cu's collagen remodelling effects are the slowest, meaningful skin firmness and texture changes consolidate at weeks 6–8 and continue after the cycle ends.
  • Wilson's disease, absolute contraindication: Individuals with Wilson's disease or any inherited copper metabolism disorder must not use this blend.
  • Active cancer, do not use: TB-500's angiogenic activity is contraindicated for individuals with active cancer diagnoses.
  • Discard at 28–30 days post-reconstitution: Protect from light at all times, GHK-Cu degrades faster than most peptides under UV exposure.

High Dosage Side Effects

Taking too much Glow Blend can increase side effects. Signs your dose may be too high:

  • Injection site redness or swelling beyond 24 hours: Reduce to the intro dose (25 units) and rotate sites more consistently. Persistent local reactions suggest the dose volume at any one site is too high.
  • Blood pressure drop or light-headedness: GHK has documented antihypertensive activity. Reduce to 25 units and monitor blood pressure for several days before reassessing.
  • Nausea or digestive discomfort: BPC-157 and GHK-Cu both influence gut signalling. Reduce to 25 units/day and hold for one week if discomfort persists beyond 3 days.
  • Fatigue or mild headache: Reported with above-range doses of TB-500. Reduce to 25 units and hold for one week before reassessing.
  • Signs of copper excess: Persistent nausea, abdominal pain, or metallic taste across multiple days. Discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

If any of these occur, step back to 25 units/day and hold for one week before attempting to advance again.

Low Dosage Side Effects

A dose may be too low if expected effects are absent after consistent use. Common indicators:

  • No reduction in inflammation or localised pain by weeks 2–3: BPC-157's anti-inflammatory effects are typically among the first benefits noticed. Absence after 2–3 weeks at maintenance suggests confirming injection technique and timing before adjusting.
  • No improvement in skin firmness or texture by weeks 6–8: GHK-Cu's collagen remodelling timeline is slow. Absence at week 6–8 at full maintenance dose, with consistent daily dosing confirmed, suggests the cycle needs to run its full 8 weeks before reassessing.
  • No improvement in range of motion or recovery speed by weeks 4–6: TB-500's flexibility and tissue repair benefits typically consolidate by mid-cycle. Confirm subcutaneous injection technique if absent.

If these indicators persist after a full 8-week cycle, take the full rest period and repeat. GHK-Cu's collagen effects in particular continue developing after the cycle ends, assess final results 4 weeks after completion, not immediately at week 8.
